Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the grass-fed ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Form the mixture into a patty approximately 1 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patty in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or longer if desired.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

While the burger patty is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce, slice the tomato and red onion into rings, and prepare the pickles and sun-dried tomatoes.

  2. 4

    Build the Burger

Once the patty is cooked to your liking, place it on a bun (if desired). Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, pickles, and sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle aioli on top before closing the bun.
