Cocktail Preparation

    Prepare the Glass

    Fill a highball glass with ice and set aside.

    Muddle Mint

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their aroma.

    Add Ingredients

    Add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup to the shaker with the muddled mint.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.

    Top with Club Soda

    Top the cocktail with club soda and stir gently to combine.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a sprig of mint for an aromatic finish.
