    Marinate the Cuy

    In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well. Add the whole cuy to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Cuy

    Remove the cuy from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked through.

    Once cooked, remove the cuy from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
