Chill your wine glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes before serving.

Prepare the Glasses

Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. Set aside. Prepare mint leaves by gently bruising them to release their flavor.

Prepare the Garnish

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the sparkling wine, strawberries, mint leaves, and lemon zest. Stir gently to mix.

Mix the Ingredients

Pour the mixture into the chilled glasses, making sure to include strawberries and mint in each glass. Enjoy!
