Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon lardons. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.

Sauté the Brussels Sprouts
In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the halved Brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.
