Coat both sides of the tuna steaks generously with the blackening spice mix.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
