Prepare Taco Filling

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season fish or chicken with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes for fish or 8-10 minutes for chicken until cooked through.

Make Cabbage Slaw

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, rice vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Prepare Spicy Aioli

    Mix Aioli

    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

Make Mango Salsa

    Combine Salsa Ingredients

    In another bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently and set aside.

Assemble Tacos

    Build Your Tacos

    Warm corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Layer cooked protein, cabbage slaw, spicy aioli, and mango salsa on each tortilla. Serve immediately.
