For the Grilled Mahi Mahi

Method

Preparing the Mahi Mahi

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the Mahi Mahi fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated Mahi Mahi fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Mango Salsa

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serving

  1. 4

    Plate and Serve

Serve the grilled Mahi Mahi topped with the fresh mango salsa. Enjoy!
