Method

Grilling Fish

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mahi Mahi

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the mahi mahi fillets with the spice mixture.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Place the coated mahi mahi fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Cabbage Slaw

  1. 3

    Make the Slaw

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, and sliced red onion. Toss to mix well.

Cilantro Lime Dressing

  1. 4

    Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Assembling Tacos

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet. Place a piece of grilled mahi mahi on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with cilantro lime dressing. Serve immediately.
