Buffalo Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the wings in the spice mixture until well coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are crispy and golden.

  3. 3

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.

  4. 4

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
