Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

Form the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion slices, and the top bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to the package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, season the fries with salt to taste.
