Preparing the Wings

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until fully coated.

Bake the Wings
Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Hot Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

Heat the mixture gently until warmed through, then remove from heat.
Preparing the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese crumbles, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
