Nachos Preparation

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Layer Tortilla Chips

    Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

    Add Cheese and Toppings

    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips. Add black beans and sliced jalapeños on top.

    Bake Nachos

    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Serve

    Remove from the oven and serve hot with sour cream on the side.

House Made Salsa Preparation

    Chop Ingredients

    Dice the tomatoes and red onion, chop the cilantro, and finely chop the jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat).

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

    Add Lime Juice and Salt

    Pour lime juice over the mixture and season with salt to taste. Mix well to combine.

    Chill Salsa

    Allow the salsa to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
