Prepare the Hummus
In a food processor, combine canned chickpeas, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Prepare the Spinach and Artichoke Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Bake the Dip
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the spinach and artichoke mixture for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Prepare the Roasted Red Pepper Dip
In a food processor, blend roasted red peppers, softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Pita Chips

Prepare the Pita Chips
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut pita bread into triangles. In a bowl, toss the pita triangles with olive oil and salt until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
