Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Coat Cauliflower Florets
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.

Bake the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter until well combined.
