Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Batter Mixing

  1. 2

    Make the Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Coating

  1. 3

    Coat Cauliflower Florets

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.

Baking

  1. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter until well combined.

Tossing

  1. 6

    Toss Cauliflower in Sauce

Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until all florets are evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, garnished with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side if desired.
