Fresh peaches are baked with Detroit cheese, chopped garlic, and pickled red onions, then finished with dollops of whipped ricotta and goat cheese, additional fresh peaches, candied walnuts, micro basil, flaky Maldon sea salt, and a balsamic reduction. Add Prosciutto di Parma for the perfect salty-sweet finish. Available only while Palisade peaches are in season.
