In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, pimento peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare the Bacon and Tomato Jam
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add diced tomatoes, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and salt. Simmer for about 20 minutes until thickened.

Fry the Calamari
In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry calamari strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Wasabi Aioli Preparation

Prepare the Wasabi Aioli
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, wasabi paste, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
Toasting the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
