Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the sourdough bread into small cubes. Toss the bread cubes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the croutons and pour the dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. Serve immediately.
