Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Cook the Baseball Sirloin
Place the baseball sirloin on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Cook the NY Strip
Next, place the NY strip on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for thickness.

Cook the Cowboy Ribeye
Finally, add the cold smoked cowboy ribeye to the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Ensure it has a nice sear.

Rest the Steaks
Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest on a plate for about 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute.
