Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spaghettini

Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the spaghettini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp or Scallops

Add the shrimp or scallops to the skillet. Cook until they turn opaque and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Wine and Flame

Pour in the white wine and carefully flambé by igniting the alcohol. Allow it to burn off for a minute until the flames subside.

  5. 5

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss in the cooked spaghettini and mix well to coat.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the spaghettini and top with the shrimp or scallops and sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
