Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

Form the 8 ounces of ground Angus beef into a burger patty. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the burger is cooking, slice the sesame seed bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickle slices, and spread mayonnaise on the top bun before placing it on top of the assembled ingredients.

  5. 5

    Serve

Cut the burger in half if desired, serve with your favorite sides, and enjoy!
