Chile Con Queso

    Melt the Cheeses

    In a saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Heat over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.

    Add Chilies and Salsa

    Stir in the diced green chilies and salsa. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tostadas

    Prepare Tostadas

    Spread refried beans over each tostada shell. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.

Green Chile Wontons

    Fill the Wontons

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese and diced green chiles. Place a small spoonful onto each wonton wrapper and fold to seal.

    Fry the Wontons

    In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Pineapple Salsa

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Lemonade

    Mix Lemonade

    In a pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice, water, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and chill before serving.

Iced Tea

    Brew the Tea

    Boil water and steep tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Chill before serving with lemon slices.
