Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
- 2
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and diced green chiles, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
