Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye steak from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Place the steak on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  5. 5

    Season the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat, then season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Bake the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the steak and lobster tails together. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and serve hot.
