In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Combine and Bake the Flan
Pour the blended mixture into the caramel-coated mold. Place the mold in a larger baking dish filled with water and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50-60 minutes.

Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour over the crust.

Bake the Cheesecake
Bake the cheesecake in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 50 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pan.

Prepare the Cake Batter
Melt the Mexican chocolate and mix with butter. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Gradually mix in the chocolate mixture and add eggs, mixing until smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
