Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chops

Once the grill is hot, place the seasoned pork chops on it. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

While the pork chops are grilling, prepare the mashed potatoes. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain. Mash the potatoes with butter and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook the Seasonal Vegetables

In a pot of boiling water, blanch the seasonal vegetables for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and season with salt and a little olive oil.

  5. 5

    Serve

On a plate, serve the grilled pork chop alongside a generous scoop of mashed potatoes and a serving of seasonal vegetables.
