Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

Season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the remaining butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 4

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown, either in a toaster or on a skillet.

  3. 5

    Serve

On a plate, serve the cooked steak alongside the fried eggs, boiled potatoes, and toasted bread.
