Prepare the Onions
Peel the onions and slice them into thick rings, about 1/2 inch thick. Separate the rings and set them aside.

Heat Oil
In a large, deep pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Onion Rings
Carefully add the breaded onion rings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with the signature Boomerang Sauce for dipping.
