Crust and Filling

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Graham Cracker Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and crumbly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fudge Layer

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Pour the fudge mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Allow it to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make the Vanilla Pudding

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Once thickened, pour the vanilla pudding over the fudge layer in the pie crust and smooth the top.

  4. 4

    Add Whipped Cream

Spread the whipped cream evenly over the vanilla pudding layer.

  5. 5

    Finish with Chocolate Drizzle

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream to taste. You can use a squeeze bottle for precision or simply drizzle with a spoon.

  6. 6

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
