Preparation Steps
1. Cook the Bison Patty
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bison patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.
2. Melt the Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place the slice of sharp cheddar cheese on top of the bison patty to melt.
3. Prepare the Bun
While the patty is cooking, toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.
4. Assemble the Burger
