Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the spare ribs and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub the ribs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover with another piece of foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

  3. 3

    Brush with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the ribs generously with smokehouse BBQ sauce and return to the oven for another 30 minutes, uncovered.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar. Toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Cook the French Fries

Prepare the French fries according to package instructions. If you prefer homemade, cut potatoes into strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake or fry until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the ribs are done, let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the ribs with a side of coleslaw and French fries.
