Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with coleslaw dressing. Mix well until the cabbage and carrots are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. 2

    Prepare the French Fries

In a large skillet or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen French fries and cook according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the rotisserie chicken on a baking sheet and brush generously with the smokehouse BBQ sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once the chicken is heated through, remove it from the oven. Cut the chicken in half and serve with a side of coleslaw and French fries. Drizzle extra BBQ sauce over the chicken if desired.
