Method

Preparing the Eggs

  1. 1

    Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 2 extra-large fresh eggs. Whisk them together until the yolks and whites are fully combined. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Heat the Cooking Oil

In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat until shimmering.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, gently stirring to scramble, until the eggs are just set but still creamy.

Cooking the Meat Options

  1. 4

    Cook the Applewood Smoked Bacon

In another skillet, cook 4 slices of Applewood smoked bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Grill the Mahimahi

Season the mahimahi fillet with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear for approximately 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. 6

    Cook the Ham

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add 4 slices of ham and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.

  4. 7

    Cook the Portuguese Sausage

Slice the Portuguese sausage in half lengthwise and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until browned and heated through.

  5. 8

    Prepare the Spam

Slice the spam into 1/4-inch thick slices and fry in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. 9

Cook 2 link sausages in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and browned, about 8-10 minutes.

  7. 10

    Heat the Corned Beef Hash

In a separate skillet, heat 1 cup of corned beef hash over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and crispy.
