Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Tofu
Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Toss the cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
Cooking
- 2
Cook the Tofu
In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4
Add the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and stir well to combine.
- 5
Combine Tofu and Vegetables
Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and toss everything together until the tofu is heated through and coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serve
Remove the stir-fry from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your tofu stir-fry!
