Method
Marinating
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
- 2
Marinate the Beef
Place the rib-eye steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the prepared marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Grilling

- 4
Season the Steaks
Remove the marinated steaks from the refrigerator. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess marinade. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- 5
Grill the Steaks
Place the seasoned steaks on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy (135°F for medium-rare).
- 6
Rest the Steaks
Once grilled, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.

Garnish and Serve
Slice the rested steaks against the grain. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your Teriyaki Beef!
