Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Open the can of Spam and slice it into thin pieces. Cut the smoked ham into cubes. Slice the bacon strips in half. Prepare the link sausage by slicing it into rounds. Form the hamburger patties and hash patties if not pre-formed. Slice the Portuguese sausage into rounds.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Dice the onion and bell pepper into small cubes. Mince the garlic cloves.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Meats

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. Then add the Spam, smoked ham, and link sausage. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until browned.

  2. 4

    Add Hamburger and Hash Patties

Push the cooked meats to one side of the skillet and add the hamburger patties and hash patties to the empty space. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.

  3. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

  4. 6

    Combine and Season

Return all the cooked meats back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with hot sauce if desired. Serve hot on a platter or in sandwiches.
