Method

Breaded Shrimp

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Set Up Breading Stations

    Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

    Bread the Shrimp

    Coat each shrimp in flour, dip it into the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Place breaded shrimp on a plate.

    Fry the Shrimp

    In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Breaded Calamari Strips

    Prepare the Calamari

    If using whole calamari, slice into rings. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Grilled Mahimahi Filet

    Marinate the Mahimahi

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the Mahimahi filets and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    Grill the Mahimahi

    Place the marinated filets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
