Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Remove the center-cut rib chops from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking. This helps in even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Chops

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the pork chops.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork Chops

Place the seasoned pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side, without moving them, until they develop nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Flip and Finish Cooking

Flip the pork chops and continue grilling for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

  6. 6

    Rest and Garnish

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This helps retain their juices. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
