Make the Clam Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Clams and Cream
Stir in the canned clams (with their juice) and heavy cream. Allow the mixture to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.

Season the Sauce
Add chopped parsley and black pepper to taste. Mix well and keep warm over low heat.

Sauté the Mixed Vegetables
In a separate skillet, add a bit of oil and sauté the mixed vegetables over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the Garlic Bread
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Combine and Serve
On serving plates, place a bed of linguine, spoon the clam sauce over the top, and add the sautéed mixed vegetables on the side. Serve with the garlic bread.
