Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Rub the beef roast with olive oil, then season it generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Remove the roast from the oven, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.

Add Broth and Seasoning
Gradually whisk in 4 cups of beef broth and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth and thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
