Prepare the Salad Base

Chop the Vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the red onion, and cube the avocado. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black beans, corn kernels, and diced avocado. Toss gently to mix.

Add Cilantro
Finely chop the cilantro and sprinkle it over the salad mixture. Toss again to distribute evenly.

Flake the Fish
Once cooled, flake the fish with a fork into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the Dressing

Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sour cream, chili powder, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and well-combined.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Everything
Top the salad base with the flaked fish and drizzle the dressing over the entire salad.
