Prepare the protein
Slice the chicken breast and beef steak into thin strips, about 1 inch wide. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.

Chop the vegetables
Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Cut the zucchini into half-moon shapes. Set all the chopped vegetables aside.
Making the Sauce

Mix the sauce ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, cornstarch, and water. Whisk together until well combined and the cornstarch is dissolved.
Cooking

Grill the protein
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and beef strips to the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and nicely charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Combine everything
Add the grilled chicken and beef back into the pan with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
