Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed.
- 3
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan to form the crust.
- 4
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let it cool.
Ice Cream Preparation
- 5
In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.
- 6
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- 7
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- 8
In another pan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in brown sugar until well combined.
- 9
Add chopped pecans to the brown sugar mixture, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the pecans are toasted and coated. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- 10
Once the cream mixture is cooled, fold in the pecan praline mixture.

Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions. Freeze until firm.
