Shrimp Preparation

In a large pot, add 4 cups of water, the halved lemon, and 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Drain the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.

Mixing the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Taste the sauce and add salt to your preference.
Serving

Arrange the cooked shrimp on a serving platter.
