Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, cavity side up.

  3. 3

    Make the Cheese Filling

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well until smooth.

Seasoning and Stuffing

  1. 4

    Add Seasoning

To the cheese mixture, add minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 5

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a spoon, generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.

Baking

  1. 6

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Lightly drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with olive oil to enhance flavor and help them brown.

  2. 7

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or party snack.
