Form the Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Cook the Patties
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the patties from the skillet and keep warm.

Add Broth and Cream
Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to reduce by half, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt to taste. Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
