Muddle Ingredients
In an Old Fashioned glass, add the brown sugar and Angostura bitters. Muddle them together until the sugar is dissolved.

Add Whiskey
Pour the whiskey into the glass over the muddled mixture.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the glass and drop it in as a garnish.

Stir and Serve
Gently stir the mixture and serve immediately.
