Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Use this marinade to coat the New York sirloin steaks. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Mushrooms

In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender. Add the chopped parsley and stir for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.

3

Grill the Steaks

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated New York sirloin steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer depending on your desired doneness.

4

Serve

Once the steaks are done, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the grilled steaks topped with the sautéed mushrooms and a drizzle of any leftover olive oil and lemon sauce.
