Method

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and grated cheese until well combined.

    Season the cheese mixture with salt and black pepper.

    Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.

    Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.

    Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them tightly.

    Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry for a golden finish.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Lollipop de Camarão

    In a bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

    Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.

    Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and slightly charred.

Polvo com Puré de Paprika Fumada

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    Add the octopus and cook for about 45 minutes until tender. Remove and let it cool.

    In the same pot, add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

    Drain the potatoes and mash them in a bowl with olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

    Slice the cooked octopus into bite-sized pieces and sauté in a pan with olive oil for a few minutes.

    Serve the sautéed octopus over the smoked paprika purée and garnish with fresh parsley.
