Cook the Pasta
While the sauce is simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.

Add Toppings
Remove from heat and stir in the slices of Fior di Latte cheese, spicy salami, and Nduja paste until evenly distributed. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt slightly.
